ok, well, i went to prom and it was pretty fun. but i seemed to have forgot one pretty important step... and that is: about a week before the dance, go out and sprain your ankle. i can't believe i almost forgot that one... but it healed alright, and i was able to walk on it by then, so it all worked out. it kinda sucks though, because it's been 2 weeks, and its still sore. thats not good at all. but anyways, about prom. it was pretty much what i was expecting. i was just afraid that during grand march i was gonna fall on my face, (but come to think of it, doesn't everybody do that??) the dance was pretty much like any other dance i've been to, with the exception that we had to dress up. i have some pictures, but i have to wait until i get my card from my mom because she took it to florida with her. so, i guess i'll put some of those one here, whenever she comes back. until next time...

news update...

well... i've got a few new things since last time i've been on here...

1) i got my class ring just a couple weeks ago... i like it... it's not like other class rings; quite different actually, but thats why i got it. :D

2)april 21^st is the pchs prom, and guess who is going... yea, scary... well, let's go through the steps of this thing...

---step 1- ask a girl to go with you: ugh... what a thing to do. i decided i was going to ask my friend katie. that was the easy part. the next part was to actually ask her.. so, i was gonna ask her in person, but that never seemed to work out for me. she is a very busy girl. so i decided to ask her online, and well, i'm pretty glad i did. even online, i was way too freaking nervous. i am so not good at these things. but she said yes, and i felt a lot better.

---step 2- get the prom tickets: wow! i never knew prom tickets were so stinking expensive. but the crazy thing is that if i would have went last year, then this year would have been free. what kind of crap it that?! i had to wait till the last day until i was able to actually pay.

---step 3- get fitted and choose a tux: hmm... well, this didn't really go so well. first of all, i forgot the picture of her dress-- twice. oops. luckily, my mom was there, or i would have been screwed! she went threw and pretty much gave me some choices and i picked out of them but thats ok... i think it all worked out, and the tux will be nice. (p.s. also expensive)

---step 4- decide what to do beforehand: ok, well, i'm still in the middle of this one. i have two groups of friends who i can choose to go out to eat with, and only one of the groups knows where they are going right now. so, it looks like it's either abuelo's or somewhere else that i don't know yet. oh well, it shall all work out in the end.

---step 5- the dance: well, still to come, i'll update you on how that goes when it happens.

3) i now have a new truck. it's a '96 dodge dakota, and it's in really good condition, and hopefully by saturday or early next week i will be able to travel. i would like to say that i have chris and misti to thank for this. honestly thanks so much for everything. i really couldnt say it enough...

one of the coolest shows i've ever been to... it was awesome! i am ashamed to say, although, that i happened to forget my camera, and well consequently couldn't take any pictures... :( but either way the show was amazing and a lot of fun...

alright then, lets go ahead and get this thing started.

first off: the superbowl... now im trying to think who won... oh right... that was the colts!! obviously everyone knew that... but what u didnt know is that i got to touch the trophy that peyton manning, marvin harrison, reggie wayne, dwight freeney, tony dungy, and many others ( i could go on for hours) touched! how great is that?!

hmm... also anberlin's new cd came out a couple weeks ago... if you like them and haven't already you should go pick that up. another thing: i'm goin to see the blue man group. i'm pretty pumped about that! thats next week so i'll probably be posting again shortly, hopefully. let's see here.. i'm gonna go ahead and say happy birthday to bubby, because if i don't there's a good chance i won't get on here till afterwards. well, as far as i can tell i think that's all for now. if i forgot something, please be sure to remind me, and i'll post as soon as time allows. alright, well i guess i'm out of here then...

i would just like to say that i officially have something to post about... i would like to announce that after four hours of anticipation, the most stressful game i've ever watched, and a game ending interception... that, drum roll please... wait for it.. wait for it... just a little bit more... yea... thats right...
